To pray with body (taking a breath)

[29] Receiving blessing of Holy Communion through our body – 3 (Praying that we may become a person of words and deeds filled with God’s life and blessing)

We received the blessing of Holy Communion with our heart, the area between the eyebrows, and throat in No. 27 of this section, and with our heart, the area between the eyebrows, throat, and lower abdomen in No. 28.
In this chapter, we will add the center of the lower back and top of the head.  And as an extension, we will integrate these parts into one.
The body of Christ now stays in the center of the lower back.  It stays in the center of that light in the beautiful color.  Let’s look at the body of Christ that stays there.  God’s life pours out of Christ’s body.  God’s life stretches me in the holy direction and fills me both physically and mentally.  With the beautiful light, God’s life spreads from the center of the lower back, and fills the entire back.  It fills the lower abdomen and the diaphragm.  It goes up and fills my chest and head.  And it spreads across my entire body.  God’s life from the body of Christ fills the room I am in, the entire earth, and the universe.  Let’s receive the life from Christ’s body with our whole body.
The body of Christ now moves to the top of our head.  It stays in the center of the beautiful light.  Let’s look at the body of Christ.  God’s abundant blessing pours out of Christ’s body with the beautiful light.  Through this blessing, I am qualified as a child of God.  I am accepted as God’s beloved child.  I can feel joy simply because I am what I am.  The blessing fills my head, chest, stomach, and lower abdomen.  This blessing fills my entire body, and pours out of my body and fills the room I am in, the entire earth, and the universe.  Let’s receive the blessing from the body of Christ with our whole body.
After completing this meditation, let’s combine it with the meditation we did in No. 27 and No. 28.  Let’s pray that we may become a person who has received abundant blessing and full of life and whose words and deeds are filled with God’s blessing.

Let’s pray that we can become a person of “words and deeds” filled with love, awakening, awareness, and wisdom from the body of Christ, receiving abundant blessing and full of life.
